Intel Corp.'s fourth-quarter profit fell 39 percent as the

US, South Korea Resume $29 Billion Free Trade Talks
After failing to reach agreement last year, U.S. and South
Korean negotiators began a sixth round of talks on a $29 billion
trade accord.
