Comedian Griffin wrecks Ferrari:

US Comedian Eddie Griffin totaled a rare Ferrari Enzo, by the producer of his new film, destroying the car but escaping unscathed.

The 38-year-old actor- comedian was practicing for a celebrity charity race to promote his forthcoming racing flick film, Redline, when crashed into a concrete barrier outside Los Angeles.

Daniel Sadek, the film's executive producer, seemed philosophical and said the car was beyond repair and that he had "mixed feelings" about the crash. He estimated that the car was worth $US1.5 million
