California: the Stuff of Poetry and Painting.
From stunning ski mountains to eerie ghost towns, fast-paced glitzy cities
to deeply resonant desert landscape, the Golden State' of California offer
incredible scenery and a incredible range of recreational options to plunge
into it headlong. No matter what your season and reason for a travel to
California might be, this state of India won’t disappoint you.
Occupying a vast area and the most populous state in the USA, California
resonates with history. But at the same time the state believes in carpe
diem.
The San Francisco Bay Area is one of the world's most popular travel
destinations. Occupying just 48 hilly square miles at the tip of a small
peninsula, San Francisco is a cosmopolitan city, whose cable cars and
Golden Gate Bridge are the famous landmarks.
It is very difficult to explore the whole of California in a single trip
thanks to the enormity of the state’s area. A young city, Los Angeles,
the 'City of Angels', is the biggest and most stimulating city in the
state of California. Known as the 'the entertainment capital of the world',
the city is home to the fantasy worlds of Disneyland and Hollywood, as
well as the gilded opulence of Malibu and Beverly Hills.
Orange County is known for Disneyland Resort, one of the world's most
famous attractions. Boasting the theme parks, beaches and resorts the
county offers is a shopping paradise. The charming rural communities of
the Santa Ana Mountains are a delight.
The stunning wilderness of the High Sierra, immortalised in the photography
of Ansel Adams, is a stuff of painting.
